The Critter Gitters curiosity is peaked when they witness a suspicious sack being thrown over a cliff into the ocean. What was in the sack? Would the culprits return for it? Meanwhile, it's all fun and games at the Summer Solstice and Pet Parade, a fun filled extravaganza packed with costumes, people, and dogs. Everyone's having a great time, except a poor dog locked in a broiling car, which the Critter Gitters rescue. After the rescue and the parade, it's off in the Critter Gitter Craft with Federico the Frog in his new Stealth Submarine to find out the contents of the mysterious sack. This underwater caper may lead to treasure. Or contraband... and the answer to the question we've been waiting to hear... can Federico swim?
