Mr. Belcher, the man who says he hates kids, enters a "Kinetic Sculpture" race, which pits manmade hand-powered contraptions racing against each other over mud, water and sand! The prize of a free trip to Australia has all the Critter Gitters paring up in teams, except for Annie, who finally calls on the help of the entire neighborhood of Critter Gitter Deputies. The sudden appearance and last minute entrance in the race of Franc and Beetlesworth (the town reprobates), creates a wild race to the finish line... and leads to an exotic, tropical locale!
