Dr. West and the Critter Gitters are in Oregon to cheer on Kaitlin and the Professor who are entered in a windsurfing competition. They encounter a cowboy who, fearing for his own safety, had to kill a mother bear, leaving her two cubs orphaned. They volunteer to temporarily care for the cub, and take them to the mountain cabin of their friend, Skeeter. The cubs mysteriously vanish the next morning and a huge footprint is the only clue left behind! Does the infamous Bigfoot really exist? Skeeter seems to think so, and says he knows exactly where she lives ... He's on the trail, up the mountain, and across the glacier to find her hiding place... and he's taking the Critter Gitters along ...Led by Mountain Man Skeeter, the Critter Gitters are tracking Bigfoot and the kidnapped bear cubs on Mt. Hood. Meanwhile, Dr. West, Kaitlin and the Professor are also in hot pursuit, worried about what they might find. The gang is closing in on Bigfoot ... or are they? And what is that awful smell?
