Mr. Belcher has sold all of his worldly possessions and teamed up with the Critter Gitters to produce a Christmas telethon to support raising taxes on cigarettes. During the telethon, everyone is surprised when a failed invention becomes a great innovation in animal care, generating enormous donations for the Critter Gitter cause.
